I joined as a Senior UI/UX Designer in late 2025, working across fintech, SaaS, healthcare, and e-commerce clients simultaneously. Most of my time here splits between leading design on active client projects, wireframes through dev-ready specs and building the company's first Figma design system from scratch, covering token architecture, component scope, and file structure.

My first in-house design role, and the one where I did the most foundational work. I was the only designer for most of my time there, which meant owning everything: financial ops software, an AI insurance claims system, a super app, an NFC offline payment flow, and a virtual learning platform. I also built the design language used across all Swivt products and ran user research through FullStory and stakeholder interviews to actually back design decisions with data.
